The Salud Mesoamérica 2015 Initiative (SM2015) is the first public/private partnership between the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Carlos Slim Health Institute (ICSS), the Government of Spain and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) which is the implementing agency of the project.
