Focus on Communities with Extreme Poverty

National and regional poverty maps have been used to determine the localities where the interventions will be performed.

This task is supplemented by an individual focus on households, in order to reach the poorest 20 percent of the population.

There is ongoing validation of the supply of services at the local level in coordination with the health sector. The adoption of a focus on the poor centered at the geographic level and the household level allows us to reduce the barriers placed between demand and access. With respect to supply, activities are being proposed to strengthen the services available to the same segments.
